哥倫比亞希望莊園 (CGLE) 憑藉其岀色的咖啡質素，是近年在咖啡市場上備受曯目的莊園 — 而莊園本身並不屬於個人或家族，而是由數個咖啡農整體以希望莊園 (La Esperanza) 的名字對外銷售。整個莊園主要以 手工採收完全成熟的咖啡豆，咖啡農亦花費心力去保持一個良好的栽種環境，以保證咖啡生豆的品質。
而這款咖啡的名字 Tres Dragones (Three Dragons) 是來自於在 Potosi Farm 裡，有著三個熔爐吹岀熱氣，在咖啡果發酵後幫助整個自然乾燥過程。Tres Dragones 是以 Natural 的方式作處理，風味上帶豐郁的熱帶水果風味，熱情果、大樹菠蘿等複雜的果味均能在咖啡裡感受到，再加上尾韻的可可碎粒作平衡，更是讓人神迷。
A community-driven coffee farm, Columbia Hope Estate (CGLE) has rapidly gained a reputation for exceptional coffee quality. Managed collectively by local farmers under the name La Esperanza, this estate prioritizes hand-harvesting of fully ripe coffee cherries and meticulous care of the planting environment to ensure the highest quality green beans.
Named Tres Dragones (Three Dragons) after the three drying furnaces at the Potosi Farm, this coffee is processed using the Natural method. The result is a rich, tropical fruit profile with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and a balanced finish of cacao nibs.
