Onyx and us are buzzing with excitement over their second release from their friends at El Vergel. The giant variety known as Pacamara isn’t one they see often in Colombia, and the Bayter brothers have processed this with their signature anaerobic fermentation. Expect notes of raspberry and rose, with the tannins of black tea. We recommend brewing this coffee on filter only.
