沒有刻意控制發酵,也沒有額外的技術干預;由 Lamastus 家族四代人延續至今,依循 Boquete 一直以來的傳統,以日曬方式處理咖啡櫻桃。
風味呈現出紅提子的飽滿果感與柑橘的明亮酸甜,尾段帶有細緻的花香提升,整體乾淨而愉悅。
是當日杯測中最令人感到純粹快樂的一杯。
“Strawberry sundae” — this was the only note we wrote on the cupping sheet, and it captured everything that mattered.
There is no controlled fermentation or technical intervention. This coffee is produced by four generations of the Lamastus family, using the traditional Boquete method of sun-drying whole coffee cherries, a practice passed down and preserved over time.
In the cup, it opens with juicy red grape and bright mandarin sweetness, followed by a gentle floral lift on the finish. Clean, expressive, and effortlessly joyful.
The most uplifting cup on the table that day.
