Ombligon 為一種罕見的埃塞俄比亞原生品種,其櫻桃外型帶有明顯如「肚臍」般的特徵,極具辨識度。

於 El Diviso 莊園中,採用熱衝擊發酵(thermal shock fermentation)處理,這種技術亦曾出現在世界咖啡師大賽冠軍的配方之中,能在提升風味清晰度的同時,強化水果表現力。

風味以荔枝與藍莓果醬般的濃郁果香展開,隨後延伸至黑提子的深色果感,並貫穿一種明確而立體的糖果甜感,令人聯想到彩虹糖般的風味印象。

Ombligon is a rare Ethiopian landrace variety, instantly recognisable by its distinctive “navel-like” cherry shape.

At El Diviso, it undergoes a carefully controlled thermal shock fermentation — a technique also seen in World Barista Championship-winning routines. This process enhances clarity while amplifying expressive fruit character.

In the cup, it bursts open with lychee and blueberry jam, followed by layers of black grape. A vivid candy-like sweetness runs throughout, genuinely reminiscent of Skittles.

We placed this coffee in our Discovery section, as this is where specialty coffee is currently evolving. We want you to experience it while it still feels new, exciting, and unfolding.
