由台灣咖啡沖煮比賽冠軍 Eric 主理的生豆進口商 Tri-Up 創立於2017年,一直致力於提供高品質、多元的咖啡生豆,並成為生產者與烘豆師的橋樑 — 而這一批次的咖啡是採用了Tri-Up 自製 TIM 發酵製程。而 TIM 的全名為 Terroir Intensified Maceration「風土強化浸泡」,是 Tri-UP 在不同產區實驗了近三年的計劃,並將發酵程度分為 L1 - L5 (L1 最低、L5 最高),而哥斯達黎加屬於 L3。

經由 Tri-up 的「風土強化浸泡」,你能在這款咖啡中感受到更多的紅葡萄和蔓越莓的複雜甜感,而雲呢嗱般的風味則在中後段更為明顯,尾韻帶舒服的核桃風味。

Tri-Up is an importer of green beans that was founded in 2017 by Eric, the champion of Taiwan Brewers Cup Championship. The company aims to provide high-quality and diverse green coffee beans, serving as a bridge between producers and roasters who share a passion for coffee. This particular batch of coffee was made using Tri-Up's self-developed TIM fermentation process, which stands for Terroir Intensified Maceration. The company has been experimenting with this process in different producing regions for nearly three years. The fermentation level is divided into five levels, with L1 being the lowest and L5 being the highest. Costa Rica belongs to L3.

Tri-Up's "Terroir Intensified Maceration" process enhances the coffee's natural flavors, resulting in a complex and nuanced cup. This coffee exhibits notes of red grapes, cranberries, and vanilla, with a comfortable walnut finish.
