這已經是我們第三年烘焙這支咖啡，而在它背後，是一個由農民、處理法創新者、以及我們烘焙團隊組成的小圈子——大家像朋友一樣，每年都想再進步一點，就像一起查看成績表那種微妙又期待的心情。
今年的杯測表現比以往更乾淨、更深邃：橙花、菠蘿、芒果、雜莓糖果，從第一口到最後一口都甜度滿溢、明亮又具活力。
我們選擇 Tomodachi，是因為它展現了「友誼如何轉化成風味」：當你喝下的那一刻，也正式加入這段故事。
“Tomodachi” means friend in Japanese, and this is our third year roasting it.
Around this coffee is a small circle of friends — the farmers, the processing pioneers, and our roasting team — all trying to improve a little each season, like checking our school results together.
This year’s cup is cleaner and deeper than ever:
orange blossom, pineapple, mango and mixed-berry candy, super sweet and vibrant from first sip to last.
We chose Tomodachi because it shows how friendship turns into flavour — and the moment you taste it, you become part of that story too.
