風味以蜜瓜般的柔和甜感開場,隨後過渡至水蜜桃與佛手柑的細緻層次,結構乾淨而平衡。尾段帶有野花蜜般的悠長甜韻。
這已成為我們咖啡師在開店前,自然會選擇沖煮的一支咖啡。
Choosing a daily Ethiopia is one of the hardest decisions we make each season.
We cup dozens of lots—loud, wild, delicate—searching for the one we would want to drink every morning without ever growing tired of it. Hamasho was unanimous.
In the cup, honeydew melon opens gently, followed by a soft core of peach and bergamot. The structure is clean and balanced, with a lingering wildflower honey sweetness on the finish.
It has become the coffee our baristas naturally reach for before we open the doors.
