Bensa 帶來的是飽滿而深邃的果實層次,Gesha Village 則提供清晰而細緻的處理工藝,使整體風味在結構與優雅之間取得平衡。
風味以成熟芒果與黑莓展開,隨後過渡至柔和的黃桃甜感,尾段則由接骨木花的細緻花香輕輕提升,將整體層次串連。我們共杯測了三次,才停止記錄!
He comes from the Daye Bensa family in Southern Ethiopia. She trained at Gesha Village in the west — the farm Willem Boot built to bring specialty precision to Ethiopian soil. Together, they run Elto, where two lineages meet in a single cup.
From Bensa comes depth of fruit and density; from Gesha Village, clarity and refined processing. The result is a coffee that carries both structure and elegance in balance.
In the cup, ripe mango and blackberry unfold first, followed by soft yellow peach. A delicate elderflower note lifts the finish, weaving everything together.
We cupped it three times before we stopped taking notes.
