作為衣索比亞首個 Cup of Excellence (C.O.E.) 在 2020年的冠軍，更是取得 91.04的高評分，因此令莊園主 Niguse 的咖啡受到高度重視。Nigusse Gemeda Karamo 的水洗處理廠位處於衣索比亞少有的高海拔地區 —— 近 2,300m 的高度，加上莊園主一直致力於增強種植技術，令其高品質的岀品也同時為周邊的莊園都帶來正面影響。
咖啡採用 Shade Slow Drying Natural 處理法 —— 風味上以明亮甜感為主，能感受到明顯的蜜桃甜美，再加上如士多啤利和藍莓等細緻豐富莓果風味，並帶悠揚的紅茶尾韻。

Emerging from the Shade Slow Drying Natural processing method, this coffee sings with a symphony of vibrant sweetness. Notes of luscious peach dance alongside a medley of delicate berry flavors reminiscent of strawberries and blueberries, culminating in a lingering black tea aftertaste, reminiscent of a fine black tea.
