而這款瓜地馬拉咖啡則有著細膩的紫葡萄風味，豐富的芒果和石榴果感，整體甜美而複雜。
El Injerto is a coffee farm with a long and storied history. Since 2008, it has won the Cup of Excellence (COE) international coffee competition six times. The farm is located at an ideal high altitude in a pristine rainforest environment. It receives plenty of sunlight and has a pleasant temperature, making it ideal for growing a variety of specialty coffee varieties. Pacamara, for example, has a bright vanilla-fruit acidity, a full-bodied aroma, and a delicate sweetness.
This Guatemalan coffee has a delicate purple grape flavor, a rich mango and pomegranate feel, and is overall sweet and complex.
