這是我們本季第一支 Elida，後面還會有更多批次 — 杯中先是草莓與柑的明亮，接著桃駁李的果感慢慢打開。甜而不膩，果汁感一直留到尾韻。透過暗房日曬把乾燥放慢，讓水果的輪廓收得更乾淨，令熟悉的 Elida，這一次卻像換了一張更開朗的臉。
Wilford’s Elida is a producer we return to every year.
Whenever we meet him at exhibitions, that same energy and care remind us why his coffees stay near the top of our list. This season’s Aguacate feels sweeter and juicier than previous years — an easy choice for our flagship.
It’s our first Elida release of the season, with more lots to follow. In the cup it opens with strawberry and mandarin, then softens into nectarine. Bright, juicy, never heavy. Dark-room drying slows everything down just enough to keep the fruit clean and vivid. A familiar Elida, this time with a slightly sunnier face.
