這款來自衣索比亞 Sidama 區域 Bensa 的天然處理批次，是由 2016 年世界咖啡師大賽（WBC）冠軍 Berg Wu 吳則霖 所選豆，展現出他對高品質非洲產區咖啡的獨到品味。Bensa 是 Sidama 境內最著名的高海拔微產區之一，以果香奔放、酸質明亮、結構平衡的日曬咖啡聞名。該地區多為小農合作處理站，平均海拔約 2,000 公尺，氣候涼爽、日照充足，非常適合傳統原生種的栽種與自然日曬處理。
本批次為 Berg Wu 團隊親自挑選監製的日曬 Heirloom 豆款，呈現出鮮明的果乾與熱帶水果調性，甜感乾淨集中，具備迷人的透明度與活潑酸質。風味表現包含 雜莓、佛手柑等調性，尾韻帶有輕柔甜感，細膩且層次分明，適合追求高表現手沖風味的愛好者。
This naturally processed lot from Bensa, a celebrated highland microregion in Sidama, Ethiopia, was carefully selected and curated by Berg Wu, 2016 World Barista Champion. Known for his precise palate and pursuit of exceptional quality, Berg Wu brings a unique perspective to African coffees, choosing only those with standout clarity, complexity, and sweetness.
Bensa sits at an average altitude of around 2,000 meters, with cool mountain air, ample sunshine, and rich biodiversity — ideal for cultivating Ethiopia’s indigenous heirloom varieties. The region is home to numerous smallholder farmers and traditional natural processing methods that produce coffees with vibrant fruit character and balanced structure.
This lot of Heirloom varietals, naturally processed under the supervision of Berg Wu’s team, features a bright, fruit-forward profile with a clean, concentrated sweetness and elegant clarity. In the cup, you’ll find notes of mixed berries and bergamot, supported by a soft, lingering sweetness in the finish. The cup is refined, layered, and lively — perfect for pour-over brewing and for those who seek expressive, high-performing African coffees.
