Natural Ethiopian coffee is a signature of how we roast, and Sol sits firmly in that line. Peach, passionfruit, berries and tangerine bring the intensity we love. Fruit alone is not the goal. We roast for sweetness and balance, with enough detail to keep the cup interesting.
