Choosing our Daily Ethiopia is always the hardest decision of the season. We cup dozens — the loud ones, the wild ones, the delicate ones — searching for the coffee we’d happily drink every morning without ever growing tired of it.
Wene was the unanimous choice. Jasmine lifts gently at the front, mandarin brightens the middle, and a soft hint of mango and honey lingers on the finish. Nothing shouts; everything feels balanced and inviting. It’s the cup our baristas reach for before we even open the doors — the quiet favorite that starts the day right.
