This lot comes from a small farmer in Gotiti village within Gedeb, Yirgacheffe’s most prized micro-region. Each year, coffees like this set the benchmark for what washed Ethiopia should be, and each year, they become harder to find.
The cup brings everything we cherish: honey-lemon, pomelo brightness, delicate nectarine sweetness, and jasmine in full bloom.
We chose it because it captures the taste memory of Yirgacheffe at its finest — elegant, vibrant, and timeless.
