Solorzano 兄弟於庫斯科 Ocobamba 山谷、近 2,000 米海拔種植 Gesha。該地每日僅約五小時日照,緩慢的成熟過程,為咖啡帶來一種內斂而穩定的力量,完整體現在杯中表現之中。

We began sourcing in Peru before most roasters had turned their attention there.
The Solorzano brothers cultivate Gesha at nearly 2,000 meters in the Ocobamba Valley, Cusco — a remote high-altitude site that receives only around five hours of sunlight each day. This slow maturation process translates directly into the cup as a quiet, composed intensity.
In the cup, it unfolds with night jasmine and mandarin brightness, followed by the soft sweetness of white peach. The finish is refined and lingering, reminiscent of white tea — delicate, inviting you to lean in closer with every sip.
A coffee of restraint and elegance, showing a side of Peru that more expressive origins rarely achieve.
